Lomos de bacalao<\/p>\n<p>200 grs. Pimientos del piquillo<\/p>\n<p>300 grs. De Patatas<\/p>\n<p>Aceite de Oliva<\/p>\n<p>2 dientes de ajo<\/p>\n<p>Cortar los pimientos en tiras. Cocer la patata con la piel durante 15-20 minutos. Una vez cocida quitar la piel y dejar enfriar. Despu\u00e9s cortar en rodajas.<\/p>\n<p>Cocer los lomos en aceite suave durante 10 minutos, retirar, quitar la piel y separar en l\u00e1minas el bacalao.
